LM Stab TnI is stabilized Troponin I complex from human heart tissue in buffer solution.
LM Stab TnI is liquid ready-to-use format in five different concentrations.
LM Stab TnI is proven to endure freeze-thaw cycles undamaged.
Troponin I is also found in skeletal muscles, but it differs in its amino acid composition from cardiac Troponin I. Different Troponins can be immunologically distinguished from each other.
Troponin I is released into blood stream soon after onset of acute cardiac damage. A detectable level is reached after 3–6 hours after AMI.
cTnI concentration in normal serum is below 0.1 ng/ml. Levels as high as 100–300 ng/ml have been measured with some AMI patients.
LM-Stab TnI is Labmaster's new stabilized troponin I preparation for in vitro diagnostic use.
LM-Stab TnI has several specific advantages over other liquid or lyophilized control formats in that the material performs consistently over the desired shelf life without requiring frozen or lyophilized storage conditions.
The liquid stable cardiac control contains TnI complex that is consistent to the Troponin I found in patient sera.
LM-Stab TnI eliminates the variability due to freeze-thaw cycles, simplified handling, eliminated chances of user errors during reconstitution as well as saves the time.
LM Stab TnI antigen is an optimised solution available for standardisation and control of TnI diagnostic tests. The formula of TnI antigen solution is a result of intensive research work. The stability of troponin I has been validated in a bovine serum albumin based matrix.
The concentration of TnI is stable over 12 months period of time in liquid form stored in temperatures between +4°C–+8°C.
Product is also stable during repeated freezing and thawing.
LM Stab TnI can be used as standard and control material for
diagnostic testing of human cardiac Troponin I.
